About Me
Lara is an NASM certified nutrition coach and Crossfit level 1 certified. She has been working on her own health and fitness for more than a decade. She realized her drive to help others reach there goals and became a coach in 2018. She is mom and a wife, and works to help others realize the potential in themselves. She loves people and believes that we all deserve to feel good. She emphazies that perfectionism is the biggest obstacle to progress, and that the best thing we can all be doing is working to evaluate and adjust what we are doing to be better.
