Sara is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in behavior changes that relate to body fat loss and/or muscle building. She believes fitness isn't one size fits all and can help you find what you are passionate about. While she loves exercise the thing she is most passionate about is nutrition and helping clients understand that nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. She loves helping others find easier ways to cook and eat the foods that they enjoy. Outside of fitness and nutrition, Sara loves hanging with her kids, photography, camping, dogs, and the beach.
