With today’s show, we are trying to bring something new to the table. Our very own Dylan Miller and Hannah Clausen joined me to discuss a topic of habit development and after the conversation we sort of just agreed unanimously that we barely scratched the surface of the topic as complex as habits. 

So what we decided to do is to turn this dialogue into an introductory episode on Habit Development mini-series.

  • The importance of having a plan of action when we decide to change habits and behaviours
  • The role of motivation in the process of habit building or change
