Should I Train Fasted?

Short Answer

Train after eating or fasted, it’s a personal preference.

Long Answer

While you will oxidize more fat while training fasted, performance most likely will suffer from being in a fasted state. So in the big picture, the benefit of fasted training would be minimal if not non-existent.

Fasted or fed, train in whatever state allows you to feel & perform your best.
