How do I calculate my macros when pregnant?

Short Answer

During pregnancy, you should be in a 300-500 Calorie surplus over maintenance for healthy fetal development.

Long Answer

If you exercise, you’ll need to be more towards the higher end of 500 Calories. If you are sedentary your macros when pregnant will be around 300..

Underweight – Gain 30-40lbs

Normal Weight – Gain 25-30lbs

Overweight – Gain 15-25lbs

Under 62″ – Gain 15-25lbs
