Users earn XP daily for logging food, water, and syncing Apple Health to record steps. XP is awarded based on how closely you hit your targets:
XP converts into Gems, which can be used to redeem:
Compete with others on the weekly leaderboard. Users are grouped into leagues — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Leagues reset every Monday, and weekly XP determines movement:
Users earn XP daily for logging food, water, and syncing Apple Health to record steps. XP is awarded based on how closely you hit your targets:
- Calories: within 50–250 kcal
- Carbs, Protein, Fat: within 5–25g
- Fiber: within 2.5g, 5g, or 10g
- 2,500 steps
- 5,000 steps
- 7,500 steps
- 10,000 steps
- 12,500 steps
- 15,000+ steps
XP converts into Gems, which can be used to redeem:
- Streak Freezes: prevent your logging streak from resetting (users start with two)
- Double XP Tokens: double your earned XP for the next 48 hours
