How is a coach chosen for me? Can I choose my coach?
When you become a client, you’ll be given a questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to give us valuable information about you, your goals, and your lifestyle. Our assignments team reviews this questionnaire and matches you with a coach accordingly! You can request to work with a specific coach, but placement is not guaranteed, as it depends on the coach’s availability. However, we always do our best to accommodate!
Will you give me a meal plan?
We don’t believe in restrictive meal plans. We’ll help you learn how to make better choices within the framework of the foods you enjoy. This makes it much more sustainable!
Can I work with a coach if I have a medical condition?
Absolutely. Our coaches are experienced in working with clients who have thyroid conditions, PCOS, and other metabolic disorders. We’re also experienced in working with clients who have had gastric bypass surgery.
Can you work with menopausal women?
Yes, absolutely! We have many clients going through menopause. We understand hormonal changes during menopause can affect weight, metabolism, and overall health, and we tailor our approach to address these specific challenges.
