Summer, for most of us, is just around the corner, and temperatures are rising. That means one thing: It’s easier to get your workout done outside. 

I live in Barcelona in a Mediterranean climate with very mild winters, hot summers and an average of over 300 days of sunshine per year. I am certainly taking advantage of the favorable weather conditions, especially during the winter, spring, and fall, when temperatures are comfortable, and getting out as much as possible. I love hiking, jogging, exercising in the park, playing beach volleyball, paddle boarding, or rollerblading just to name my main go-to outdoor activities.

I am a huge believer that for something to stick and create consistency with, you need to truly enjoy it. Explore and experiment with various ways to move your body, try new sports or activities, get your family and friends involved… you never know, you might just discover a new hobby and find a passion for something you have never thought of before.
