Recipe for No-Bake Oatmeal Cookie Balls
Ingredients
- 1/4c (26g) Kodiak Power Cakes mix
- 1/2c (20g) quick oats
- 3 tbsp (48g) peanut butter
- 10g chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp (30ml) almond milk or water
Method
- Stir everything together and add just enough of the milk/water until it’s moist enough to roll into balls.
*These are best stored in the refrigerator in a ziploc bag.
