Recipe for Summer Berry Parfait

Ingredients
  • 100g strawberries, quartered
  • 250g plain nonfat greek
    yogurt
  • 40g blackberries
  • 15g berry granola (bear naked
    brand)
Method
  1. In a glass or small mason jar
    add 40g strawberries.
  2. Top with 70g yogurt.
  3. Add 40g blackberries.
  4. Repeat the yogurt layer and
    strawberries.
  5. Top with granola and sliced
    strawberries for decoration.

You can recreate this recipe using fruits of your choice or even flavored yogurt. Try pineapple and kiwi for an exotic twist.

This can be made ahead of time and will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. We recommend adding granola on the day.
