Recipe for Cheesy Marinara & Turkey Protein Pasta
- 1 14 oz box of Barilla Plus Protein Penne Pasta
- 1 40oz jar of Victoria White Linen Marinara Sauce
- 672 grams of 93% lean ground turkey
- 220 grams of 4% cottage cheese
- 60 grams of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 30 grams of shredded Parmesan cheese
- Brown ground turkey in a non-stick skillet, and season to taste.
- Add the marinara sauce and let simmer while the pasta cooks.
- Drain pasta, add cheeses and sauce, stir, and divide into 8 equal portions.
- Top with fresh basil (optional, but delicious!)
