Recipe for Cheesy Marinara & Turkey Protein Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 14 oz box of Barilla Plus Protein Penne Pasta
  • 1 40oz jar of Victoria White Linen Marinara Sauce
  • 672 grams of 93% lean ground turkey
  • 220 grams of 4% cottage cheese
  • 60 grams of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 30 grams of shredded Parmesan cheese
Method
  1. Brown ground turkey in a non-stick skillet, and season to taste.
  2. Add the marinara sauce and let simmer while the pasta cooks.
  3. Drain pasta, add cheeses and sauce, stir, and divide into 8 equal portions.
  4. Top with fresh basil (optional, but delicious!)
  5. Enjoy!
