Recipe for Crunchy Green Bean Fries
Ingredients
- 170g green beans
- 1 egg
- 16g parmesan Shake’n’Bake (or plain bread crumbs)
- 10g grated parmesan
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C), grease a baking sheet.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg.
- In another shallow bowl, stir together the parmesan and Shake’n’Bake, and spread evenly.
- Coat each green bean in egg, then roll to coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lay them fat on the baking sheet and bake for ~ 15 mins until golden and crispy
