Recipe for Festive Chai Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

4 cups (960ml) almond milk, unsweetened
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. maple syrup
⅛ tsp. ground cardamom
⅛ tsp. ground allspice
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger

Method

Place all the ingredients into a medium sized pot over a medium/high heat.

Bring to a rolling boil and whisk until everything has dissolved.

Reduce the heat and gently simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour into cups and serve immediately.
