Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark

The viral freezer dessert that actually earns it: sweetened vanilla Greek yogurt spread thin, scattered with berries, dark chocolate, and granola, frozen solid and snapped into shards. A hundred-calorie dessert you can eat standing at the freezer with zero regret.

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Whisk the yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.

  3. Spread over the parchment to about half a centimeter thick.

  4. Scatter the strawberries, blueberries, chocolate, and granola over the top, pressing the fruit in gently.

  5. Freeze flat for at least 4 hours until completely solid, then snap into rough shards.

💡 Tip: Snap, do not cut. Irregular shards are the look, and a knife fights frozen yogurt anyway.
  6. Store the shards in a sealed container in the freezer with parchment between layers.

Notes

Thick Greek yogurt is structural. Regular yogurt freezes icy and thin.
Spread to about half a centimeter. Thinner shatters into crumbs, thicker becomes a brick you cannot bite.
Pat frozen berries dry if using, or they bleed pink ice through the bark.
Eat it straight from the freezer. Five minutes on the counter and it starts letting go.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this everywhere right now?

Because it solves the dessert problem: five minutes of effort, it lives in the freezer indefinitely, and a satisfying serving costs about 110 calories with 9g of protein. Ice cream cannot say any of that.

Can I use flavored yogurt?

Yes — a vanilla or berry Greek yogurt lets you skip the honey entirely and usually lands at similar macros. Check the label and adjust; plain plus your own honey just gives you the control.

How long does it keep, and does it travel?

Three months sealed in the freezer. It does not travel — ten minutes in a bag and you have a yogurt puddle. This is a from-the-freezer food, which is frankly part of its charm.
