  • 25g Fat free/low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Banana (100g)
  • 150g Frozen berries (blueberries work really well)
  • 1 Handful spinach (25g)
  • 200ml Skimmed milk
  • 1 Medjool date (22g)
Method
  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz!
  2. Add a little extra water if needed for the desired consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
