What is Macros Inc coaching?
Macros Inc coaching is a personalized, one-on-one nutrition and fitness coaching program. Each client is paired with a certified coach who creates a customized plan based on their goals, lifestyle, preferences, and experience level. Our mission is to provide evidence-based guidance that delivers real, sustainable results.
What does coaching include?
Coaching includes:

  • Access to the Macros Inc client portal and community
How do I communicate with my coach?
You’ll communicate directly with your coach through our coaching app. You can send messages any time, and your coach will respond within 24 hours at the latest, but often within hours to minutes. Our system supports ongoing feedback and daily interaction.
Do I need to track macros?
Tracking macros is a core part of our coaching philosophy because it provides measurable data. However, your coach can adjust your plan if you prefer a simpler approach such as portion control, calorie tracking, or focusing on food quality and habits. Coaching is all about what works for YOU, and we’ll work with you to find whatever method best fits your life.
How is this different from other coaching programs?
Macros Inc combines expert coaching with education and community support. Unlike generic programs or one-size-fits-all templates, we create plans that evolve with your progress. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to manage your health long after coaching ends.
What happens after I sign up?
After signing up, you’ll complete a detailed intake form. We then match you with a coach who aligns with your goals. Your coach will review your intake, send you a welcome message, and begin crafting your personalized plan, typically within 24–48 hours.
Can I switch coaches?
Absolutely. Client-coach fit is important. If at any point you feel like your coach isn’t the best match, just reach out to support and we’ll find the right fit for you, no questions asked.
Is nutrition coaching right for me?
Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, improve energy, or manage a health condition, our nutrition coaching helps you get there with realistic, science-backed strategies. We meet you where you are and help you develop confidence with food choices.
What if I’m new to fitness coaching?
Our coaches work with clients of all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. If you’re just starting out, we’ll focus on building consistency, confidence, and foundational movements, tailoring everything to your schedule and goals.
Can I choose a coach with experience in my goals?
Yes! We work with a large team of certified coaches, each with specific expertise. During onboarding, you can request preferences and we’ll pair you with someone experienced in areas like fat loss, strength training, lifestyle coaching, or performance optimization.
Do I need a gym for fitness coaching?
No gym? No problem. Our fitness coaching is highly adaptable. Whether you train at home with bodyweight or have access to a full gym setup, your coach will build a program that maximizes what you have and supports your goals.
