Method

  1. Pat the salmon dry and cut into evenly sized bite-sized pieces.

  2. Add the salmon to a bowl with the olive oil and seasoning mixture, tossing until evenly coated.

  4. Air fry at 200°C for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crisp on the edges.
