Recipe for Everything But The Bagel Protein Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbs of Trader Joe’s ‘Everything But The Bagel’ seasoning
Method
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency. 
  2. Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to a week.
  3. Serve with a side of fresh veggies, crackers or chips.
