Recipe for Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1lb chicken breast
  • 1/4c (64g) BBQ sauce (Stubb’s spicy used)
  • 250g fresh pineapple chunks (drained)
Method
  1. Cut the chicken breast into 1” pieces.
  2. Put the meat, BBQ sauce, and half of the pineapple in the crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for ~ 4 hours.
  4. Add the rest of the pineapple just before serving.
  5. Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.
