Recipe for Lazy Crockpot Mozarella Chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast 928g (approx.
    4 breasts, raw)
  • Petite Diced Tomatoes 405g
  • Tomato paste 154g
  • Sliced olive 225g
  • Canned Mushrooms Pieces 273g
  • Lawry’s seasoning
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Pepper
  • 102g shredded Mozarella
    cheese
Method
  1. Dice chicken and add to
    crockpot.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Add Lawry’s seasoning, onion
    powder, garlic powder, and

    pepper to taste,
  4. Mix well
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours
  6. Shred the chicken breasts in
    a bowl and return to

    crockpot.
  7. Top with cheese once
    cooked.


This recipe creates 6 servings.

can be frozen.
