Recipe for Lazy Crockpot Mozarella Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken Breast 928g (approx.
4 breasts, raw) - Petite Diced Tomatoes 405g
- Tomato paste 154g
- Sliced olive 225g
- Canned Mushrooms Pieces 273g
- Lawry’s seasoning
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper
- 102g shredded Mozarella

Method
- Dice chicken and add to
crockpot. - Add all other ingredients.
- Add Lawry’s seasoning, onion
powder, garlic powder, and
pepper to taste, - Mix well
- Cook on low for 6 hours
- Shred the chicken breasts in
a bowl and return to
crockpot. - Top with cheese once
cooked.
