Recipe for Low-Fat Creamy Greek Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- Measure the Greek yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir in the parsley, dill, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings, adding more salt if necessary.
- Cover and chill (for at least 4 hours, but ideally 8 hours or overnight) to allow the flavors to blend.
- Garnish with additional fresh herbs and serve.
Note: If the dip is too thick after chilling, you can thin the mixture out by adding 1tbs milk at a time, until it is the desired consistency.
